TAXES, CUSTOMS & DUTIES
We ship from the UK. If your order is being delivered to a location outside of the UK or the EU, there may be additional taxes or customs duties to pay.

TRACKING
All our items will ship with tracking information as standard. Once the item ships, we'll let you know and provide you the tracking information to track your order.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If you have any issues with receiving your item, please contact the courier first using the tracking information provided to resolve any problem. If you have not received your item, please contact us at orders@syrahair.com quoting your order number in the subject line. We can only issue a refund and a replacement in the event that the courier cannot confirm delivery of the item.
